Game day & show night

Concert & Sporting Event Transportation

Skip the parking lot and the drive home. A chauffeur takes your group to the game or the show and meets you at an agreed spot when it ends.

In short: Ivory Route provides concert and sporting event transportation from Mercer County to stadiums and arenas across New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia. Your group rides together, nobody drives home after the show, and the chauffeur meets you at a meeting point agreed in advance. Every booking starts with a written quote.

Big events mean slow parking lots, long exits and a tired drive home. A chauffeured car takes that off your hands. Whether it is a Giants game, a stadium tour, a Devils night in Newark or a basketball game at Princeton, the plan is the same: get there on time, enjoy the event, and leave without hunting for the car.

MetLife Stadium and North Jersey events

MetLife Stadium is the trip most Mercer County fans dread driving themselves. From Princeton it is about 50 miles, usually around 60–80 minutes without heavy traffic; from Trenton it is about 58 miles, usually around 70–90 minutes. On game days and stadium concert nights the last few miles can take far longer, so we plan departure around gate times rather than kickoff.

Prudential Center in Newark and Madison Square Garden in Manhattan are arena trips with tight downtown streets. For those we usually suggest a drop-off close to the entrance and a pickup a block or two away from the crowd, which is quicker to reach after the final whistle than the main doors.

Philadelphia sports complex

Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park and Xfinity Mobile Arena share one large complex at the south end of Broad Street, next to I-95. The arena carried the Wells Fargo Center name until it was renamed in 2025. Because the three venues share parking and access roads, nights when two of them host events at once are especially busy. Tell us the event and we build the timing around it.

How event pickups work

  1. Agree the plan. Your quote lists the venue, drop-off time and the hourly terms. If you are tailgating or meeting friends first, say so.
  2. Confirm a meeting point. Venues and local police set event-day traffic patterns for private vehicles. Before you go in, your chauffeur confirms where to meet afterward.
  3. Text on the way out. A quick message when you leave your seats gives the chauffeur time to be ready at the meeting point.
  4. Ride home together. Drop-offs at each address on the plan, in the order you choose.

What to include in your request

  • The event, the date and the time gates open, not just the start time.
  • Every pickup address and the order you would like them in.
  • Your headcount, and whether anyone in the group is under 21.
  • Plans before or after: a tailgate, dinner near the venue, or a stop on the way home.
  • Any mobility needs, so we can suggest the vehicle with the easiest step-in and plan a drop-off close to an accessible entrance.

Local games and shows closer to home

Not every event needs a long drive. CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton is now home to the Trenton Ironhawks, the ECHL hockey team that began play in the 2026–27 season, and it also hosts concerts and family shows. Princeton University's football games at Princeton Stadium and basketball at Jadwin Gym draw alumni and visiting families who prefer not to search for campus parking.

PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel and Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on the Camden waterfront both host busy summer concert seasons. Both are popular for group nights, and both are easier when the car is waiting at the end rather than parked in a lot you have to drive out of.

Sporting event transportation for groups and clients

Birthday groups, bachelor parties and companies hosting clients in a suite all book the same way. A stretch limousine or executive van keeps everyone together; for client entertainment, our corporate car service account can handle billing. Planning dinner before the game? Combine both on one hourly booking.

Vehicles and where we pick up

Couples usually ride in a luxury sedan, small groups in an SUV, and larger groups in an executive van or stretch limousine. Seating for each class is on the fleet page.

We pick up across Mercer County and nearby, including Trenton, Hamilton, Princeton, Bordentown and Yardley. Heading out for dinner and a show instead of a game? See our night out limo service.

Send the event, date and headcount through the booking form, or call or text (609) 598-2992. You get a written quote, you confirm, and nothing is charged online.

Frequently asked questions

Can you drop us at MetLife Stadium and wait for us?

Yes. Most stadium bookings are hourly, so the chauffeur drops you off and waits until the game or concert ends. Where the vehicle waits is set by the venue and event-day traffic rules, so we agree a meeting point with you in advance. The hourly terms and any parking or tolls are listed in your quote.

Where do you pick up after a concert or a game?

Large venues direct private vehicles to set areas on event days, and those areas can change from one event to the next. Before you go in, your chauffeur confirms a meeting point, which may be a short walk from the gate. Text when you are on your way out and the chauffeur will be ready.

What if the game goes to overtime or the encore runs long?

That happens, and the plan allows for it. On an hourly booking the car waits with you. If the event runs past the booked time, how added time is handled is stated in your quote, and the chauffeur or our office confirms by text so there is a record.

Do you drive to the Philadelphia stadiums?

Yes. Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park and Xfinity Mobile Arena, the arena formerly called the Wells Fargo Center, all sit in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. From Trenton or Yardley it is a straightforward run down I-95, and one booking can cover the trip there and back.

Can we bring food and drinks for a tailgate?

Tell us your plan when you request a quote. Each stadium sets its own tailgating rules, and what may be carried in the vehicle is stated in your quote. Passengers under 21 may not have alcohol in our vehicles, and the chauffeur does not drink at any point during the booking.

How far ahead should we book for a big concert?

As soon as you have tickets. Stadium tours, playoff games and holiday-season shows put many groups on the road on the same night. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, and we confirm the full plan, including the meeting point, in writing before the date.
