1. Requests, quotes and confirmations
Submitting the booking form, or contacting us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, is a request, not a reservation. We reply with a written quote describing the vehicle class, the rate, any tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity and other charges, and the wait-time, change and cancellation terms for that ride. A ride is reserved only when you accept the quote and we send a confirmation. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote and confirmation control for that ride.
2. Changes and cancellations
Please tell us about changes as early as possible. Change and cancellation terms, including any deposit, are stated in your quote and confirmation. Changes requested during a ride, such as extra stops or extra time, are charged only as you approve them.
3. Pickups, delays and waiting
We plan pickup times with a buffer for traffic, but we cannot control traffic, weather, road closures, airport procedures or flight changes. For airport arrivals we monitor the flight you give us. Wait-time terms are in your quote. If you cannot find your chauffeur, call, text or WhatsApp (609) 598-2992 right away.
4. Passengers and safety
- Seat belts must be worn. New Jersey law requires suitable child restraints for young children; tell us the children's ages and weights when you book.
- No smoking or vaping in vehicles. No illegal substances.
- Rides with any passenger under 21, including all prom bookings, are alcohol-free. Where alcohol is permitted for adults, it is only as stated in the quote and consistent with the law.
- The chauffeur may end a ride, without refund of the charges for the time used, if passenger behavior is unsafe or unlawful.
- Cleaning or damage charges, if any, apply only as stated in your quote and only for damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers.
5. Luggage and belongings
Please book a vehicle large enough for your passengers and luggage; the chauffeur may decline items that cannot be carried safely. Check the vehicle for belongings before you leave it. If you leave something behind, contact us and we will try to return it.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. Give accurate contact details so we can reach you about rides. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Website use
Do not misuse the website, including by sending spam, attempting to access other people's information or interfering with its operation. Content on the site is provided for general information; travel times and distances are estimates. Lifestyle photography is licensed stock imagery and illustrates vehicle classes rather than specific vehicles.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights or events, caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey or federal consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
