Information we collect
Information you give us
- Booking requests: name, mobile number, email, WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passengers, luggage, flight number, vehicle preference and any notes you add, such as child seat needs.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- Accounts (optional): name, email, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, a password (stored only as a secure hash) and saved addresses.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us: the first page you visited, the referring website and campaign tags (such as utm_source) are attached to booking requests so we know which pages help travelers.
- Button counts: when you tap Call, Text, WhatsApp or Book, we record the button and the page, without your identity.
- Security logs: IP address and browser details, kept briefly to prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics cookies, only if you accept them: see Cookies below.
How we use information
- To prepare quotes, confirm and carry out rides, and contact you about them.
- To run your account and show your booking history.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and services are useful, and improve them.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Calls, texts and WhatsApp
If you give us your number with a request, we contact you about that request and your rides. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately and expressly agree. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Who we share information with
- Chauffeurs and, when needed, partner transportation providers who carry out your ride: only what they need, such as name, phone and trip details.
- Service providers who run our website and email (such as our web host) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep sign-in and forms working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. They help us count visits and see which pages are useful. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline of analytics cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide rides and meet tax, insurance and legal requirements, generally up to seven years. Security logs are kept for a short period. You can delete your account at any time from My rides or by asking us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, delete it, get a portable copy, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not sell data or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@ivoryroutelimo.com from the address you used with us, or call (609) 598-2992. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Bookings for minors, such as prom rides, should be made by a parent or guardian.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as salted hashes, limit access to booking data to people who need it, and protect forms against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your account has been misused.

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
