In short: Ivory Route provides corporate car service in NJ from a base in Mercer County. We drive executives, visiting clients, job candidates and teams between offices, airports, train stations and meetings. Companies can open an account, billing terms are set in your account agreement, and every ride is confirmed with a written quote first.
Executive car service for Princeton and the Route 1 corridor
A lot of business in this part of New Jersey happens along a short stretch of US-1. Office parks such as Carnegie Center in West Windsor and Princeton Forrestal Center in Plainsboro sit a few minutes from each other, with the College Road East offices close by. A few miles south, state offices surround the State House on West State Street in Trenton, and visitors to them often arrive by train at the Trenton Transit Center.
Our executive car service in Princeton and across Mercer County is built for that geography. A typical day might start with a pickup at a Lawrenceville home, a run up the NJ Turnpike to Newark Liberty, and an afternoon return to a Carnegie Center lobby. The chauffeur knows the building entrances you use, and the confirmation tells your traveler exactly who is coming.
Business travel we handle
Airport runs for staff
Door-to-terminal rides to Newark Airport, Philadelphia International and the New York airports, timed to the flight and monitored for delays.
Client and candidate pickups
A visiting client lands at Newark or steps off a train at Princeton Junction. The chauffeur meets them, handles the bags and brings them straight to your conference room.
Roadshows and multi-stop days
Several meetings in Manhattan or Philadelphia in one day. The car stays with your traveler on an hourly, as-directed booking instead of hailing rides between stops.
Board meetings and offsites
Sedans for directors arriving separately, or executive vans that move a whole team to an offsite together. Larger programs are covered on our meeting and event transportation page.
Early and late schedules
Early-morning and late-night rides by reservation, for the 6 a.m. departure or the board dinner that ends after the last convenient train.
Private aviation
Executives flying privately can be met planeside or at the FBO lobby. See private aviation and FBO transfers for Teterboro and Trenton-Mercer.
Setting up a corporate account
An account turns corporate car service into a routine instead of a scramble. You tell us once how your company works, and each booking after that is a short message.
- Send a request. Use the booking form or the contact page and mention that you want a company account. Tell us roughly how many travelers and trips a month you expect.
- Agree on the basics. Who may book, how travelers are identified, where confirmations go, and which reference fields (cost center, matter number, project code) belong on receipts.
- Sign the account agreement. Billing terms are set in your account agreement, so nobody is asked for payment at the curb.
- Book trips as needed. Each ride still gets a written quote listing the rate and any tolls, parking, airport fees and gratuity before it is confirmed.
Companies that only need an occasional ride do not have to open an account. A single trip can be requested and confirmed the same way any customer books.
Roadshows and days in the city
Princeton to Midtown Manhattan is about 54 miles, usually around 70–90 minutes without heavy traffic. Rush hour at the Lincoln Tunnel or the Holland Tunnel can stretch that a great deal, which is why we plan roadshow pickups from the first meeting backward rather than from a fixed departure time.
For a day of meetings, send the addresses and times as soon as you have them. The chauffeur drops your traveler at each lobby, waits nearby and is ready when the meeting ends. If a meeting moves, your traveler or their assistant texts one number and the plan changes. Philadelphia days work the same way; from Trenton, Center City is about 33 miles, usually around 40–55 minutes without heavy traffic.
A quiet car for working on the move
Many business travelers use the ride as office time: a call on the Turnpike, a last read of the deck before a meeting. Our chauffeurs keep the cabin calm, keep conversation to what the passenger wants, and do not discuss a client's business with anyone. If your company needs a signed confidentiality agreement, send it with your account request and we will look at it.
Tell us what the traveler needs in the cabin, such as bottled water, a phone charging cable or a stop for coffee, and we confirm in the quote what we can provide.
Vehicles for corporate travel
Most solo travelers ride in a luxury sedan. SUVs suit a traveler with heavy luggage or two colleagues sharing a ride to the airport, and executive vans move a team together so everyone arrives at the same moment. Stretch limousines are available for client entertainment. Seating and luggage space for each class are on the fleet page, and the vehicle is named in your quote.
Where our corporate car service picks up
We are based in Mercer County and pick up across the county and its neighbors, including Princeton, West Windsor and Princeton Junction, Plainsboro, Trenton, New Brunswick and Newtown, PA. Rides to train stations are covered on our train station car service page.
To get started, send a trip or an account request through the booking page or call or text (609) 598-2992. You receive a written quote, you confirm, and nothing is charged online.
